Edward Hopper exhibits at the Whitney Studio Club



One hundred years ago today … Three of Edward Hopper’s works were on display at the Whitney Studio Club exhibition: the painting “East Side Interior,” and the etchings “the Evening Wind,” and “Night in the Park.”

The Whitney Studio Club was at 147 West 4th Street. We featured it in a post about painters Joaquín Torres García and Stuart Davis, and sculptor Stanislav Szukalski .
